How It Works

Skip the hassle of the classifieds, and be sure you’re getting a fair price. Cycle reCycle is THE way to get cash, fast, for your used bicycle. If you’re interested in trading up for a better model, we also feature a large inventory of refurbished and precisely tuned used bikes for every level of bicycle enthusiast.

Here’s how Cycle reCycle works:

Online:

1. Take a look at the Condition Scale page to get an idea of how we’ll value your bike.
2. Use our simple Get a Quote online form.
3. Within 2 days of receiving your request, we’ll send you a quote for your bike. When you’re ready to sell the bike to us…
4. Bring your bike to our shop during business hours. We’ll hand you the payment, in cash.

At the shop:

1. Before you come down, you may want to read the Conditions Scale page to understand the criteria we use to value your bicycle.
2. Visit the shop, with your bike, during business hours. We’ll make you an offer for your bike, and hand you cash.

Either way, you’ll be offered fair wholesale value for your bike, based on its condition.

We’re located at 1590 Berryessa Rd. in San Jose, on the grounds of the San Jose Flea Market.

Our hours are Monday – Friday, by appointment. Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm. Sunday, 11 am – 4 pm.
